Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care (CW IPC) is a not-for-profit organisation representing four GP federations that work together with the NHS to deliver primary care services for over one million patients across the region.

The organisation needed a professional online presence to represent its collective identity and communicate its purpose to partners, members and the wider public. Identity Studio was commissioned to design and build a new website that would reflect the scale and collaboration of the group.

The website launched successfully on schedule, featuring dedicated sections for news and case studies, alongside clear information about CW IPC’s services and partnerships. Post-launch, an extranet was developed to provide secure access to resources for member organisations.

Successful Launch

The site was launched on target, with all the planned phases available from day one, including a populated News and Case Studies section. The result is a cohesive, easy-to-navigate website that captures CW IPC’s collaborative ethos and supports communication across its network.
