Care Leaver Covenant
Working closely with Spectra First Ltd, Identity Studio help develop the visual identity along with the overall tone of voice of the entire project. With project and event launches, the website is always evolving to meet the needs of the users.
In July 2016, the Government published ‘Keep on Caring’ to support young people from care to independence. A key policy commitment in the paper is a strategic pledge to introduce a Care Leaver Covenant.
Working with Spectra First Ltd, who were awarded the job of creating and managing the project, Identity Studio has been involved throughout initial branding concepts to tone of voice copywriting decisions. Helping determine how the information was to be presented.
Leading to the project launch
We developed various micro event websites and social media videos have all been produced. This included, a crucially timed, countdown website used to introduce and launch the project to the UK in partnership with Parliament.
…to the My Covenant website
The key focus since launch has been the main Care Leaver Covenant website. The initial site was created to go live at a designated timed event. Since then it has been expanded, and continues to expand, always looking to add more relevant content and functionality as the project develops.
Incredibly tight deadlines were thrown at Identity Studio initially for the launch of the Care Leaver Covenant. Government set timings needed to be hit precisely, taking the entire projects ethos ethically and visually and into the public domain.
Identity studio did this, and continue to do this, as the project moves from strength to strength.
